Lullabye Bye Seems To Be A Hit

I’d really be interested to know what you think about my latest CD of kids music. It’s called “Lullabye Bye”, and you guessed it…it’s a lullabye CD.

Now, these aren’t lullabies in the classical sense of the word. I’ve kept them very contemporary and even with a little bit of a beat. But they pulsate like the beat of a mother’s heart when the little one is falling asleep on her chest. And they tick like a friendly clock in the corner of the room.

Is Kids Music The Only Thing A Songwriter Should Consider?

I’m working on some ideas for other products for kids, and I’ll announce it when things are more concrete. Do you think I should stay focused on CD’s of kids music? The reason I ask is because the other products are audio, but they’re not specifically songs.

Any input you’d like to give me is appreciated. That’s it for now.

Well, I hope you had a great Thanksgiving.

I certainly did. We spent a beautiful time with wonderful friends in the mountains West of the Denver area. Light snowflakes fell part of the day, and we had a fireplace going the whole time. Our friends call it their “cabin”, but it’s waaayyy too big to be a cabin. We ate too much and had a blessed, American great time.

In the meantime…

Since my last post with the finishing up of the second verse I’ve been mulling over some entries for the next line. It’ll be the first line of the chorus. What I’ve been thinking about doing is allowing entries for the whole chorus instead of just line by line. What do you think. Post comments or send me an email to let me know.
